Cowboy By Day was built by a husband and wife with a shared vision and a deep respect for the life they live.

The heart of the brand comes from Makayla Day’s love for rodeo. It’s a sport that shaped her, challenged her, and continues to call her back. While seasons of life pulled her away from the arena, that passion never left. Cowboy By Day became a way to pour that love back into the Western lifestyle while working toward returning to the sport she loves.

The brand was built together—side by side. With her husband’s unwavering support, Cowboy By Day took shape through late nights and long days, all while balancing full-time careers. One serves full time in the military, and the other works seven days a week as an executive assistant and social media manager. Every design and decision was made after hours, fueled by commitment and belief in the vision.

Rooted in faith, rodeo culture, and respect for military service, Cowboy By Day represents more than apparel. We believe none of this would be possible without God guiding our path and grounding every step of the journey.

Our hoodies, shirts, and crewnecks are designed for those who live with purpose, honor tradition, and stay true to who they are—whether in the arena, on duty, or building something of their own.
